Right after the release of his genre-bending album »Drums« in 2021, Red On follows up with a new EP that breathes a dystopian club vibe. The four tracks drive the acoustic, rhythm focused sounds of the album forward towards future ambient/club music, while acknowledging the beginnings of Red On’s label Verydeeprecords in the times of so-called Post-Dubstep.
The single »Metallic Blue« together with glitter pop icon Bird Berlin is accompanied by remixes from Swiss producer Belia Winnewisser (Präsens Editionen / Spa) and label mate Giovanni Raabe aka Brnjsmin. On top of that, Red On shows an alternative »Blue Version« of the dark and dubby album track »Night, All«.
