Five slabs of minimalistic, motorik krautrock. The repetitiveness is key here. C2S feels like a sonic mantra, while C3A is more akin to an aural sculpture - the way the entire song morphs through different polyrhythms over a repetitive guitar motif is just incredible to listen to.
This is my favourite zement release to date (2022). Its razor-sharp focus on propulsive krautrock is appreciated, all songs are bangers, and at 31 minutes, it doesn’t overstay its welcome. A perfect krautrock record. Smekermann
Excellent and varied selection of electronica with semi-anthemic club tracks that build to a near euphoria rubbing shoulders with the occasional more ambient piece. Classy without being too dry or banging without being cheesy - take your pick. Great work from a fine label. deadshotkeen
